Congratulations to Amar who has been chosen as Carer Of The Month for our South Lanarkshire branch! 🥳⭐Kerry, our South Lanarkshire care co-ordinator had the following praise for Amar:"We chose Amar Deep as he is hard working and goes over and above for every service user. He even does jobs around their houses such as putting up mirrors or hanging curtains up. We are thinking of employing him as the office handy man, that’s how great he is! All of the service users and their families love him and have put in numerous compliments to the office in relation to the high standard of care he provides. They also all say he is a lovely guy and always has a smile on his face! Thank you Amar for all that you do and for making a difference to the lives of our service users."

Ravi Garg my friend from, the Executive Leadership program by Rakesh Rana♟️ has posted a wonderful article on being grateful. I just wanted to add another point through #friendship to remain Grateful and practice gratitude. The circle of good friendship is so strong that one can only remain grateful throughout lifetime. It has immense power to amplify the positivity quotient surpassing all useless thoughts. To quote an example, a meetup of college Alumni after 2 decades evoked fun and painful events of adventurous college days. Surfing though these conversations an AAHA moment surfaced when one of us explained about his Forgive and Forget (that persona) practice to all unexpected, unpleasant events and people. The benefits of such experiences cannot be underestimated in a friend circle and I must remain grateful on this circle of everlasting strengths. Ask this to self, if I remain grateful to all those friends who have seen you, taken care of you, challenged you, referred to you to jobs, promotions, contacts for business growth, even help you get to your partner, list goes on...IF they wronged you, IF they don't respond, don't let your mind flushed up with doubts or grudges. Instead Forgive them and Disassociate the person from that #persona. We cannot know what was going through in their minds. But appreciate that human mind just "wants " thoughts" to be addressed and can take a shortcut to get that processing of thought. When you do this sort of gratitude practice, your mind shall choose to empty the unpleasant thoughts and help builds up a stringer the circle of control, impact and Influence. Its TRUST. And we can remain grateful for that in a lifetime. Thanks to Vishal Jain Krishna Prasad T G Gaurav Bansal Amit Pal for the friendship circle.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes! What do I want for my birthday? hmmmmm........Without being demanding or trying to make anyone feel like they need to, I would like to spend time with my friends. The only thing I have ever wanted was to find people who wanted to build things with me. Spending time with friends is great, but it gets a little boring when it is all recreation. What I want, what I always wanted, was to work with a group of people to create something to help other people create what they wanted. How easy is it to just start a group and start creating what the group wants? It's not that easy is it......Wouldn't that be something that would help people grow closer? And create what they needed for each other and their communities?Wouldn't it be nice to empower people to create what they want for themselves and their friends?I have never wanted business relationships. I have only wanted friends. You treat your friends the same way you treat yourself. You support them when they feel like they need to be supported. You forgive them if they feel like they need to be forgiven. You make sure that they understand that they have just as much worth as you. Not more, and not less. You work hard and play hard.To me, creating with a group of friends is what all of us want to do. We don't have to carry the burdens of other people, only empower them to create whatever it is they want to create for themselves and whatever friends they like to hang out with.Doesn't this sound like a better idea than what we have going on right now?Just a birthday wish I guess...

A right person by your side always fills you with confidence, positivity and helps you grow. Jineetha Jain I’m happy to have met you. Working under your guidance has been a defining experience. I take this post to express gratitude on the platform where we spend all our days working. It’s just the little things like - great work, keep trying, rework (with a belief in a better outcome), let’s work on this together, take a downtime, take it easy, be kind to yourself and so much more that kept me going.. Sympathy vs empathy has always been a conflicting idea for me. Today, at this point, I truly understand the impact of empathy in one’s life. I look up to you, admire your strength, kindness and honesty. I loved my work and a job well done, from the smallest operational tasks to the heaviest of executions, made me more competent. WLDD Private Limited thank you for the opportunity:) Ps: Jineetha Jain to many more pep talks and rant sessions beyond work :p

Work Anniversaries – A Day to Reflect on the Journey!I've completed 2 years at Women's CricZone! I joined with a blank slate, without any specific expectations, driven solely by my passion for cricket, a love for communication, and a strong belief in the vision of Women's CricZone. The journey from an executive to manager has reaffirmed my faith in a few key principles:1. Patience & Consistency: These have been crucial in navigating the last two years. Whether working with colleagues or managing multiple brands, I've learned that while hard work is essential, it’s patience and consistency that truly pay off.2. Value of a Team: The importance of a team becomes clear when you actually work with one. Diverse perspectives, combined efforts, and mutual support lead to the best possible outcomes for our clients. A strong team fosters a healthy work culture, which is key to productivity.3. Understanding Market Dynamics: Gaining a deep understanding of the market has been invaluable. Adapting to the needs of each brand and finding customized solutions only comes after thoroughly understanding their needs and pain points. These are just the early learnings, and I look forward to adding many more in the coming years!Thank you, Women's CricZone!Yash Lahoti Ayan Mukherjee Nisha Mankar Neelima Karde

When you spend 10 years in an organization, it doesn't stay just an organization for you. You possibly spend more hours with your colleagues, seniors, subordinates, office boys etc... than your family (you can do the math). 18 years back when I started a career in corporate the trend was to change jobs in 3-4 years. I was supposed to follow the trend but then 2014 Yokohama-ATG happened to me. And volla it's been 10 years since then. Apart from the functional and business knowledge few take-aways from long innings are: 1) When you are with an organization for this long your words and knowledge within the company have weightage.2) Knowingly or unknowingly you tend to start thinking that you own this business and take onus to take the business higher. 3) Your actions and work align towards the company's vision and mission.4) While interacting with customers, vendors, suppliers or any colleagues outside the organization you take pride in representing your company. Thank you to senior management and to name a few Angelo Noronha Anil Gupta Amit Chincholikar Padmakumar G for the tremendous learning they have offered.Thank you to my colleagues Carlton Ferrao Khatib Rehman Anil Panda aparna naik Saurabh Raghuwanshi Kristoff Van der Burght Ashish Thosar Romain CALVEZ Trent Wallin Jamie McSwaney Barrie Taylor Allen Lyons Sandeep Unni Esmeralda Bernal Tom Giedro Robin Forsman Rohit Jadhav to show trust in my work and letting me learn along the way.Biggest thank you to Shraddha Kinare.. who has never complained about my working hours.Needless to say, more learnings and more heights to scale in years to come.

LinkedIn kindly reminded me that I’ve spent 10 years at Killem Pest Pte Ltd; 7.5 of those as Managing Director. There was no succession planning and I never thought that I would be running an established business in my mid-twenties, but… life is full of surprises! There are a lot of lessons I've learned in the last decade. Some of my key takeaways are: 1. Being thrown into the deep end at work is an unparalleled learning opportunity. Nothing really prepares you for it and you will make mistakes. I made a lot of them, I still do. That is part of being human, and that is part of the lifelong journey of learning.2. Work hard. Know your business processes inside out, and lead by example.3.You must take charge and invest in your own professional development. By being self-employed, no one is forcing me to take further professional qualifications or attend training. But as Managing Director / CEO, it is my responsibility to drive strategy and growth, or to come up with new ideas or processes. I can only do that if I have the skills to do so, and some skills need to be learnt in a classroom setting.4. When networking, connect with people not because you see ‘benefit’ in a relationship but because you have something in common – whether it is a love of netball or because you are both facing the same challenge at work. 5. There are always ups and downs in a business, just like in life. I choose to see the light in every situation. 6. Hire a competent project manager for any big business changes that you want to implement. You can do it yourself, but it becomes a full-time job; taking you away from other areas of the business that you should be focusing on. 7. It's very easy to get distracted. There are so many things that can be changed, updated, and improved; but you can't do them all at the same time, and that’s ok. 8. Everyone has an opinion and is trying (mostly with good intentions) to tell you what or how to do something. Have conviction, don’t doubt, or question your decisions (much easier said than done). Even if you make the wrong decision, treat it as another lesson learnt. To everyone who has been on this professional journey with me, thank you! 😊

Thank you, Souad Menif for encouraging me to share what I care about. Today, I want to take you on a journey through my life—one filled with dreams, struggles, and the powerful lessons I’ve learned. I care deeply about myself and my purpose, but I refuse to live and die like someone who didn’t matter."For the past three years, I’ve poured my heart into building my career and creating a meaningful presence. Leaving my job at Fortis Hospital was hard, but it was the start of pursuing my dream to establish my own startup. However, this path has been filled with challenges. In my relentless pursuit of success, I’ve often sacrificed moments of joy, especially travel. Traveling has always been a source of freedom for me. I remember my trips to Mount Abu, Rajasthan, and Ajmer Sharif Dargah, where I felt alive and connected to the beauty around me.One memorable experience was at Vaishno Devi, where I climbed alongside fellow pilgrims chanting "Jai Mata Di." The energy was palpable, and I felt a deep sense of community. I’ll never forget a small child who looked at me in awe and said, “I’ve seen someone who is truly happy.” His words reminded me of the joy I aim to keep alive.Recently, the absence of travel has affected my emotional well-being. I’ve always turned to adventures during tough times, and without that outlet, I find myself longing for the joy they brought. As I strive to build my startup, I hold on to my dream of becoming a prominent figure who contributes positively to society, inspired by figures like Ratan Tata. I want to make a lasting impact and empower others. The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced days where I struggled to afford food and refused to ask my parents for help. During one difficult moment, a dear friend supported me when I was sick and couldn’t buy medicine. Those experiences taught me resilience and reinforced my commitment to my goals. So, to everyone reading this, how do you prioritize your passions and well-being? Life is too short to be consumed by busyness. Let’s embrace our desires and explore! The experiences we share and the memories we create define us.As I look to the future, I believe it’s never too late to pursue our passions. I dream of traveling again, meeting new people, and feeling that sense of freedom. Together, let’s make our mark on the world—one journey at a time.#whaticare #satyamranjan #mystruggle #buildingstartup #dietician #dietitian #love
